Refund policy
All items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our products and will gladly offer a replacement in the event of a manufacturing error or product defect.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at merchja876@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear photo evidence of the issue, along with your order number.
Please note:
- Replacements are only issued for items with manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or items ordered in error.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
